Terry Mitchell - Football, Track

Terry Mitchell dominated on the football field, basketball court and track during his banner sports career at Port Huron High.

The 2003 Port Huron High School graduate earned all-conference honors in all three sports, but really excelled in football and track. He was named All-Macomb Area Conference, All-Metro East, All-State and 2002 Dream Team in football. In track, he landed All-State honors in both relay and individual events.

Mitchell’s collegiate career started at Harper Junior College (Illinois), where he played football and ran track. He helped Harper win two national championships in football and was named to the Junior College All-American Track Team.

After completion of his junior college career, Mitchell transferred to Grand Valley State University where he was part of two more national championship football teams. He later signed a contract with the Washington Redskins and won championships in Arena and Semi-Pro football leagues.

Mitchell played on five semi-pro national championships with the West Michigan Force and the Muskegon Force. He is living in the Grand Rapids area and currently working as a service engineer for AisRealtime, which specializing in installing and maintaining RTLS systems a GPS for medical equipment.
