Gus Hill

Winner of ten varsity letters at Port Huron High School. Starting varsity quarterback as a sophomore. Starting varsity shortstop as a sophomore and a starter as a freshman on the basketball team. Twice varsity basketball captain. Member of the local YMCA basketball team that played in the national finals in Denver, Colorado (1933). Served on the city recreation board from 1949-1962. Chairman in 1954 and 1955.
