Jack "Yogi" Barden

Big 10 Heavyweight Champion and 191 lb. NCAA Wrestling Champion at University of Michigan. Won the Gold Metal during 1963 Pan Am Games at Sao Paulo, Brazil. Injury forced withdrawal from 1964 Olympic tryouts. As a senior at Port Huron High, he was Eastern Michigan League Champion, District Champion, Regional Champion and finished third for the State Heavyweight Championship. Outstanding high school football and tennis player. Now is Dr. John Barden, physician and surgeon.
