Tanya Green

Year Inducted: 1985

Port Huron's premier softball pitcher on women's team during the 1950's and 1960's. Began pitching at 14. In 1964, 1965 and 1968, she pitched her team to Class "A" State Championships, being the only girl to accomplish this feat in Michigan. Played for many teams in her 22-year career and earned acclaim as the finest pitcher of her era.
