Pioneer bowler in Port Huron. Carried the highest average (199) in the city bowling league during the first three years of its existence. Bowled two 300 games in his career. Active as a baseball manager as well as a bowler. Owned and operated the Strand Recreation and sponsored the Strand softball team that won 62 and lost 2 games one year.
